At Erth, we believe that creativity is a shared journey, and that inspiring ideas deserve to be transformed into real products that express our values and the beauty of our identity. Therefore, we open the door for creative and interested people to contribute with new ideas and products that carry the spirit of Erth and are in line with its mission.

The contribution can be a design idea, a development of an existing product, or a concept for a new product that reflects authenticity and identity. The Erth team carefully considers each idea and, if approved, works with the submitter to turn it into an actual product within our own collections. Our goal is to create products that leave an impact and tell a story worth telling.

⚙ General Conditions for Contributions

The idea or product must be in line with Erth's identity and mission.
The idea must be original and not copied or copied from elsewhere.
EARTH reserves the right to develop or modify the design or idea in line with the quality standards and visual identity of the brand.
The contributor is obliged to cooperate in the product development stages whenever asked to do so.
The details of the financial ratio or cooperation mechanism are determined after the idea is studied and formally approved.

⚖ Rights and obligations

Shareholder's rights:

Be credited as a contributor to the product if you wish.
He gets a percentage or financial reward to be agreed upon after the idea is approved.
He retains his moral right to the idea that is adopted and developed.

Duties of the shareholder:

Present the idea or design clearly and completely.
Collaborate with the Erth team during the design and production stages.
Do not publish or use the idea outside of Earth after it has been approved.

inheritance rights:

Own the right to modify, produce, and commercially distribute the product.
Exclusively manage all marketing, sales, and trade show operations.
Keep the details of the cooperation and the agreed terms confidential.
